After jamming with various high school garage bands, Dave joined his 1st high profile group Nitevigil (later Class Action). With several Western Canadian tours under their belts, the band decided to call it quits once the scene changed. Later that year, Dave joined what would become Highway Freak Ticket, an Alt Rock band that would record 2 full length albums… Obviously Oblivious, which spawned the single All I have, garnering local radio play as well as the subsequent video (for the single) getting several plays on Much Music. The second album, (W)racked went in a heavier, more experimental direction; but the band lost momentum and decided to disband. During the next few years, for the first time, Dave worked on writing songs exclusively on his own , which led to a collection of about 18 songs for a potential solo project. Before that project got set in motion, Dave was offered a spot as lead guitarist in the full time cover band Ettinger, which offered him a lucrative house gig in Anchorage Alaska. After this stint, Dave teamed up with Mooncoin productions to play guitar for various tribute acts (which he still participates in to this day)
As well as playing guitar and songwriting, Dave also enjoys producing, engineering, mixing and mastering studio recordings, and has done all of the above with several local bands.
